Usually in under 5 minutes between 5am and 10pm Peru time (PET), seven days a week. Outside those hours, first thing the next morning.
Either way. Plenty of travelers write first, we build the plan over email, and only then do they book. Nothing is charged until you decide.
Yes. Tell us your dates, your fitness level and what you can't miss, and we'll put together something that actually fits — including private departures.
Tell us in the form. Cusco sits at 3,400 m and some of our hikes go above 5,000 m. We'll suggest an order of days that lets you acclimatise properly instead of selling you the hardest tour on day one.
Most experiences have flexible cancellation. Machu Picchu tours are stricter because entrance tickets and train seats are nominal and non-transferable. The exact policy is on every tour page.
